The short version: design all you like for free, a pass unlocks downloads, your logo never leaves your device, and test a printed proof before a big print run.

Anyone can use Zest to design and preview QR codes for free. Downloading files requires a Zest pass. A pass lasts for the period stated when you buy it, then ends on its own. Nothing renews automatically.
Each pass is for one person. Please don't share your pass code with anyone else, including your clients, and don't publish it. We may end a pass that has been shared, and we'll tell you if we do.
Each pass includes one live link on go.lemoncello.studio; extra links can be added for a yearly fee. While your pass is active you can change where it points yourself, as often as you like within reason (we cap it at 20 changes a day per link), and we'll help by email if you'd rather. When the pass ends the link keeps working and points to its last destination; renew to change it again. We may switch off a link that points to anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive, and we'll tell you if we do.
Codes you download are yours to use at any size, for as long as you like: for your own business, organization or personal projects, or for your clients. Designers can make codes for clients and hand over the files.
Only upload logos and images you have the right to use. They are processed in your browser and are never sent to us.
Every file is checked to scan before it downloads, but printers, paper, ink and size all affect the result. You're responsible for scanning a printed proof with a phone before approving a large print run. Links inside a code are fixed when you make it; check them before printing.
Zest is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about Zest is limited to the amount you paid for your pass.
Custom codes and other work from Lemoncello Studio are covered by the quote or agreement for that project. Codes the studio makes are live for one year from the purchase date, and for as long as a Keep it live plan is paid after that. When a live period ends, the codes keep working and point to their last destination. For studio work, email zest@lemoncello.studio.
We may update these terms. Changes apply from the date shown above and don't affect passes already bought. These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts.

Because a pass unlocks files you keep forever, passes are non-refundable once your code has been sent.
If Zest doesn't work for you because of a problem on our side and we can't fix it, email zest@lemoncello.studio within 14 days and we'll refund you in full.
Zest builds every code inside your browser. Your logo, your links and your designs are never uploaded to us.
Pass buyers: your name, email and pass code, so we can send and manage your pass.
One cookie: after you enter a pass code, a cookie remembers it on that browser until the pass ends. Signing out removes it.
Live (dynamic) QR codes: for codes and links that point at go.lemoncello.studio, we count how many times each one is scanned per day. We don't record who scanned, their IP address or their location.
Not to anyone, for any reason.
