Lemoncello Studio designs codes by hand for restaurants, shops, town offices, event organizers and nonprofits. You send your logo and link; we send back finished, tested files. Every code we make is live for its first year: change where it points any time, no reprint.

Questions
- Do my codes stop working when the pass ends?
- No. Codes you download are yours and work forever. The pass only controls downloading new files. Your live link keeps working too, pointing wherever it last pointed; renew any time to change it again.
- How do I change where my live link points?
- Sign in with your pass code at zest.lemoncello.studio/_links. Type the new address, done. The link itself never changes, so anything you’ve printed keeps working.
- Does my logo get uploaded anywhere?
- No. Your logo and designs are processed in your own browser and never sent to us.
- What's a live (dynamic) QR code?
- A code that points at a go.lemoncello.studio link we manage, so where it goes can change after it's printed. Your Zest pass includes one live link. Every code the studio makes is live for its first year, and Keep it live extends that. A static code points at one address forever and never needs us.
- What happens when a live period ends?
- Nothing breaks. The code keeps working and points wherever it last pointed. You just can't change it or get scan counts until you renew your pass, or for studio codes, add Keep it live.
- Can I make codes for my clients?
- Yes. Make codes for your clients and hand over the files. The pass itself is for one person, so please keep your pass code to yourself.
- Will it print well?
- Every file is checked before download, but ink, paper and printers vary. Always scan a printed proof before a big print run.
